This is an older restoration that sat covered for many years after the previous owner passed away. Since I have had it, I cleaned it up, adjusted and bled the brakes, flushed the fuel tank (NOTE: I took the photos when I had the tank dropped for flushing, so if you’re looking closely the fuel neck and cap are missing in the pictures. They are back installed on the car.), got it running nicely and have driven it around and had fun with it. Originally, the car was the factory white/gray color, but has been repainted red. The imperfections that can be seen in the photos are areas where the red paint has been worn off by the car cover and tie-downs, exposing the original color underneath. As you can see from the photos of the interior, the car is complete and in very nice condition. The trunk area is also very nice with floor mat, spare tire and some extra accessories for showtime. All the gauges work well and electrical system seems to be in working order. All trim pieces and accessories are there. The only thing I can think of that this car is missing is the small clear nob at the end of the shift lever on the column. Mechanically, this car is very sound and in good working order. As I mentioned above, I have been driving it and having fun with it this summer. The car came original from the factory with a 4cyl engine. Although the original engine is not in the car, the previous owner swapped it out for a period-correct 6cyl giving it a bit more power on the long drives to and from car shows. Again, this is a great little classic and will make someone a great car for show and fun!
