1941 Chevrolet Special Deluxe Coupe street rod powered by a stock late model 350 c.i. Chevy small block; backed by a rebuilt 700R4 4-speed overdrive automatic; and put to the pavement by a 10-bolt Chevrolet differential with 3.73:1 gears (open).

The ’41 has been driven approximately 10,000 miles over the past 14 years. The color is Ford Red.

Present owner purchased the car in 2006 when the paint and bodywork was approximately 5 years old. That is pretty much the only thing that has not changed since his ownership.

The Coupe is a pleasure to drive runs cool (approximately 175 degrees in summer) and appears to have no mechanical issues. The car does not have any heat but comes with a new Walker radiator w/A/C condenser because the owner was about to install a new A/C and heat unit. There are other parts which come with the coupe too.

The only “weak spot” on the car is the paint. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being perfect, it is a 5. It is a good street paint job. The prior owner painted it himself and there is dirt, some orange peel, and sanding marks.

The Chevy is all steel and both the interior floors and trunk are solid. There are welded in patch panels in areas such as the lower front fenders and in the rear quarter panels. From 10’ it looks great. You will also see some scratches on the left rear fender and underneath the front grille.
